OOOOPS!

I was trying to get a picture of Gracie in her flower towel after her bath and it slipped over her eyes. Her expression is priceless.

Hurray For Cheerios!!!

Gracelyn's new favorite is Cheerios . I think she is most excited about feeding herself. She's getting so big I can't believe it!!! We've noticed that one of our dogs, Charlotte, has suddenly taken more of an interest in Gracie since she has started eating Cheerios. Can't imagine why :)

Blog Title

I changed the name of our blog from "knightly news" to "it's a knight thing" for a couple different reasons. First of all. I don't think everything we put on here could be considered news, I know I'm being way too over analytical about this but... OK. The real reason I wanted to change it is because... remember the Arsenio Hall Show in the late 80's, early 90's??? His catch phrase was, "It's a night thing." Well, in the 7th grade Brandon wore a blue hooded sweatshirt to school that said on the back "it's a knight thing". I made fun of him for that until my last name became Knight and then I started making the Knight puns, it's addicting for some reason. LOL!!

Project Snooze

Am I the only one who thinks Project Runway is super boring this season? I know this is only the second episode but I'm sooooo bored watching it. Don't get me wrong still love Nina, Michael, and Tim. I still have my love/hate relationship with Heidi, but I keep watching it and looking for someone to root for, or someone that i hate so much I wait every week for them to get kicked off but everyone is just so dull and weird. Then there's that guy that's trying to start a catch phrase. Everything is "licious". "Oh that's girlicious". I miss the first season with Jay Mccarroll.

Goodbye Poison Oak!

Brandon's poison oak is finally gone! He got it from working in Orinda. Being the outdoorsy couple that we are (we've been together for almost 15 years and have never been camping together) we know nothing about poison oak, what it looked like, how to treat it. So a month later after a round of antibiotics, a couple tubes of cortaid, a bottle of calamine, and a shot of prednisone we are poison oak free.

New Blog

So my cousins in Oregon have recently inspired me to start a blog. With Gracelyn growing so quickly and changing so much everyday, I think this is a good idea to keep those who are interested updated. I've never done anything like this before aside from my Myspace page which is never updated, but I'm going to try to keep this one going.
